For your convenience, our merchandise may be exchanged or returned at either Sportz Biz store.

With proof of purchase

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase with an original Sportz Biz receipt, Sportz Biz may offer you a repair, exchange or refund on most merchandise. Refunds will be given using your original payment method. Products must be returned within 21 days for repair, exchange or refund. Refunds are not available on reduced or “sales items” from either in store or via Sportz Biz website (unless they are faulty), however these items may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date if they are the incorrect size of are not suitable for there intended purchase.

If you have purchased a product via the Sportz Biz website, paid for it via the automated e-Way credit card facility & we are unable to provide the goods due to a stock issue, and you do not want to use your funds to purchase another product, we will fully refund the amount you paid.

If you have simply changed your mind, Sportz Biz may offer you a store credit or exchange, provided that the product was not a reduced or a “sales item”, and is in as new and saleable condition with all store ticketing attached and the credit or exchange is sought within 21 days from purchase date.

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repairer.

Without proof of purchase

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Sportz Biz may, at its discretion, provide you with a repair or exchange to the current value of the goods on most merchandise.

Please have photo identification ready so that we can record your name and verify your signature. Acceptable identification must also include your full name and expiry date, for example, Australian driver’s licence or passport.

Please note that Sportz Biz has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair or an exchange.
